Eurobest Case Study
The International Advertising Festival’s Eurobest.com website has a simple online entry system that can be completely managed by entrants online. This is integrated into their intranet and the Eurobest holding area and can be managed by the IAF through a powerful content management system.
Entering is simplified with a summary of entries, entry cloning, form autofill and ‘check form’ functions. Participants can upload individual entries, save them and return later for completion and payment. Entries can also be cloned to speed up the process of adding repeated information. The system automatically produces a PDF summary that can be printed off for entrants to keep a full record.
Media can be entered entirely online, by uploading video, jpg, mp3 or connecting physical pieces to the entry.
