The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising are a professional body who support Advertising agencies through a membership scheme and help set best practice protocols for the industry. Through it's Effectiveness Awards, and Databank it has built up an unrivalled knowledge base of advertising campaigns, dating back to the 1980's. For the IPA Thoughtbubble run the Effectiveness awards, on a bespoke system. as part of the Effectiveness Awards we also collect the Databank case studies that are then transferred to IPA's Effectiveness Awards Search Engine (EASE), together with an interface which allows IPA to interrogate and edit this vast database of information. Working with IPA we have worked to streamline the information collection process to ensure that the transfer of information to the EASE system happens efficiently with minimum data correction required from IPA.
